Hitech ND3.0 test - take 2

I have a new Hitech ND3.0 filter. This post shows the colour variation with and without the filter attached:

With the ND3.0


I tried to use ACR Calibrator to create a profile to correct the problem but as you will see there are a few colour patches that aren't fixed. Particularly 2nd row, third from the right.
